Mechanical Lead Engineer


Job Description
The Mechanical Lead Engineer specifies, designs, develops, realizes and tests tooling and subsystems within the limits of system specifications, costs and project planning.
He is responsible for coaching, on the job training and competence management of a group of mechanical engineers. He organizes technical reviews during the requirements, design and engineering phase. He communicates with the customer to specify and develop the correct requirements and specifications. He delivers technical input for quotations towards account management.

Job Requirements
You have a HBO or WO degree in mechanical engineering, with focus on precision mechanics and/or mechatronics. Experience in engineering within vacuum (lithography) environments is preferred.   You have 4~6 years of experience in the field of precision mechanics and preferably experience in coaching of a team of mechanical engineers. Experience in UG-NX & TCE or equivalent 3D CAD modeling tools and experience with designing fine mechanical constructions is required. You are a strong communicator and team player and you have a good knowledge of English.
