Realization

Irmato Realization performs feasibility studies on pilot equipment. Besides we provide demonstrations of new products and equipment on pilot environments. We also advice customers in system architecture (Design for Six Sigma).   

Within the scope of the project, initial process review is executed regularly in cooperation with the customer. Machine capability is evaluated and secured. Irmato Realization uses the, ‘Design for Six Sigma’ method, and in various technological areas we have access to knowledge and competences inside a worldwide network.

Activities
For processes related to mass production, extensive knowledge is available to evaluate and benchmark the processes. After installation of the equipment, the processes are implemented and released upon initial specifications.  

Some of the proces-supporting activities are:
  • Translate process analyses from pilot equipment to the production floor
  • Commissioning equipment till production release
  • Generating ideas from pilot situation to the production floor
  • Developing and improving new and/or existing processes
