Irmato Information Services uses a project-bases approach. We always start with a comprehensive projectplan showing an overview of the deliverables per phase. This will set the expectations beforehand. Each phase is followed by a clear report that allows a deliberate go/no go decision for the next phase. Your processes and way of working are placed central.

PDM/CAD/CAM application selection
Our approach guarantees the selection of an application that fits your situation and needs. Starting point are the processes and way-of-working of your company. The required way of working with 3D-CAD and PDM is defined and documented in a Proof-of-Concept.  

The Proof-of-concept will be the roadmap for demonstrations by the suppliers on the short list to demonstrate how they can support your processes and way-of-working. This approach will show if the application can fulfill your needs and where customization is required. We call this: ‘The customer in the driver seat’. It gives you a strong negotiation position.  

Before we close an implementation project we help you to secure the PDM- CAD or CAM maintenance and support. Not only the technical part of it but even more important the maintenance of the way-of-working and related agreements. Because processes will change in time!
