Irmato Industrial Automation executes relocations of equipment or complete manufacturing lines on a turnkey basis. We take care of all activities, from the initial inspection of the manufacturing line to be relocated to the delivery for normal production anywhere in the world. The relocation is managed in a highly professional way in close cooperation with the customer.   

Projectmanagement
In case of equipment reallocation our project management team focuses on cooperation with you and other parties involved. Within the scope of the relocation project, initial process review is executed in cooperation with the customer. Machine capability is evaluated and secured. If needed, concurrent engineering of modifications and improvements can be executed.  

Integral projectmanagement
Our skill is integral management of projects in mechanics, electro-techniques, software and mechatronics such as: 
  • Set up a project plan in line with customer requirements and expectations
  • Inspect the manufacturing line i.r.t. different sites and organizations
  • Prepare and agree together with the customer delivery specifications and a schedule and financial plan.  

After relocation of the equipment, the processes are implemented and released upon initial specifications.
