Customer specific Equipment
Irmato has realized metrology solutions with resolutions and accuracy of up to 0.05 µm. This is shown in our 3d measuring equipment (ICMM) and in the measuring of layer thickness in the Solar and Semicon industry.
We have designed and built production equipment, based upon our metrology measuring platform. The equipment realizes a reproducible place accuracy of 0.5µm 3 sigma within a working area of 300 x 300 mm.

In-line measurement
Of course you have a quality check at the end of your production line. You will never bother your customer with faulty products. But have you ever realized that it is much more efficient to check your products during production? Do you want to create a ‘feed forward’ loop to improve product quality? In that way your expensive production capacity will not be overloaden by products that were wrong anyway. Irmato has a wide experience in In-Line measurement and production improvement. Several of our “ICMM’s” (Irmato Coordinate Measuring Machine) work in 24/7 environments. The products are loaded in cartridges, and the products are placed in position automatically. All you have to do, is slide in 10 cartridges per hour. And even that can be automated, depending on the available infrastructure.    

Consultancy
You have measuring equipment, but new products require a different measuring strategy, or different algorithms. We have very experienced professionals who can help you to make it work again. You are in the process of choosing equipment, but don’t know which specifications really matter. You don’t want equipment that will be outdated within months, but you also don’t need, or can’t afford, the state of the art solutions that all suppliers stagger about. We can help you to find tha solution that really fits your requirements.    

Calibration lab
We know everything about measuring and Metrology. And therefore it is no more than logical that we calibrate our own, and your equipment regularly. If you like, we keep a database of all your equipment, and we advise you when your QMS requires that your equipment is calibrated again. No worries for you. We have acclimatized laboratories for metrological and electrical calibrations according to the relevant DIN and ISO norms. We will be happy to advise you on your needs.
