Industrial Automation

Irmato Industrial Automation can integrate machines, equipment and production lines in accordance with the manufacturing set-up of the destination site. Solutions for integration in the logistic systems, component and finished product transport are provided and implemented. This can be executed in cooperation with our industrial partners, specialized in packaging, transport systems, robotics and production information systems. 

A broad network of suppliers of machine parts and components is available to support overhaul and improvement of the machines. Suppliers are located in Europe (West and East) and in Asia.

If you’re searching for a partner for service and improvement activities, we are pro-active and always eager to test new ideas to find opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement or line flexibility.   

Process support
Our people support your process. They are specialized in analyzing processes and finding technical solutions for increases in productivity and speed, while keeping additional costs as low as possible. Our engineers are experts in the field of dynamic behavior, system architecture and measuring systems. 

Safety
Safety is one of our prior attentions. During the execution phase our technical staff takes care of all safety aspects for dismantling, transport, installation, running-in, and delivery of your equipment. Focus is on speed and team work. Safety is managed throughout the project and safety certificates for the equipment can be provided (CE).  

Safety specifications
During the project, permanent customer involvement is organized for information purposes and to discuss possible customer wishes and changes. We deliver the equipment at the specified safety specifications. This is executed in cooperation with the trained staff of the factory of the customer. Safety is including equipment and production documentation.
