Strategy

In order to reach a broad market, Irmato Solutions offers FieldAssist also through partner-resellers. In the next few years FieldAssist will actively recruit and train partner-resellers in the most important global economies.

Added value
The partner-resellers offer and implement FieldAssist as an add-on solution on their ERP-/CRM-systems. Therefore they will gain more distinctive character and a higher added value in cases where field service plays a major role.

Seamless implementation
The FieldAssist 4 Suite contains the Connectivity Bridge. This enables FieldAssist to connect to the well-known ERP-/CRM-systems, using standard XML-connectors with XSD components. The connectors are developed in close cooperation with the partner-resellers which guarantees a seamless integration of FieldAssist with the ERP-CRM-systems delivered by them.
